FAIR is hosted by Artlogic and administered by the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA). By using the FAIR platform, you consent to the following.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on the FAIR platform and the NADA website at newartdealers.org, (together, the Websites) we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Mailing Address
E-mail Address
Phone Number

All purchases made at FAIR are completed through Stripe. If you purchase a work of art on the FAIR platform, we collect billing and credit card information to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us.

Use of your Personal Information


We collect and use your personal information to operate the FAIR platform and deliver the services you have requested. We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you through the Websites of other products, services, or educational information that we offer and believe may be of interest to you.

 

Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent or lease your information to third parties. Please also consult Stripe’s terms and conditions and privacy policy with respect to payment through that service.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or pursuant to subpoena, or at our discretion if we believe it necessary to prevent, discover, or investigate fraud, criminal activity, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by us. This information is used for the operation of the FAIR, to maintain quality of the FAIR, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the FAIR platform.

Absolute security of your information cannot be guaranteed, and any transmission of data is at your own risk. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
