Akira Ikezoe (Kochi, Japan, in 1979) lives and works in New York. Influenced by surrealism, his work spans across media including painting, drawing, video, sculpture and performance, is centered around ancient philosophical beliefs which suggest that nature is not only around us, but most importantly, resides inside of us.
